5 ways to reduce stress and aid the immune response

1.Use your breathe. I like the 4 -2-6 technique which immediately resets the vagal nerve. Take a deep breath to the count of 4 hold for 2 seconds then breathe out for 6 seconds. Do this for 2 minutes.

2.intentional living through focused daily intention setting Write down 4 positive intentions/ goals every day

3.move your body, yoga, walking or cycling stimulates immune response and healing. Put it on your calendar and mark it off everyday

4.Mindfulness relaxation and meditation coaches and apps like calm, headspace, moodtools or mindshift

5.have a daily gratitude Practice can bring more happiness. Keep a journal
